We’ll look at your current setup, including your bookkeeping, tax registrations and payroll, and talk through what you need help with. Bring any recent financial records, statements or SARS letters you have, and we’ll explain which of our services fit your situation.

Accurate bookkeeping shows you where your money is going and keeps your records ready for tax returns, financial statements and funding applications. It also means problems show up early, instead of at year-end when they’re harder to fix.
Annual financial statements are a formal year-end record of your business’s financial position. Management accounts are shorter, regular reports (often monthly) that show your sales, margins, overheads and cash, so you can make decisions during the year.
Yes. We prepare and submit income tax returns for individuals, sole proprietors and companies, along with provisional tax for those who need it. We’ll tell you exactly which documents we need from you and by when.
Don’t ignore it. Send us the letter, together with any deadline it mentions. We’ll explain what SARS is asking for, what it means for you and what needs to happen next.
Yes. We handle VAT registration and VAT returns, as well as PAYE submissions for employers, so your monthly and bi-monthly deadlines are taken care of.
Every company and close corporation registered with CIPC must file an annual return each year. A company that stops filing can eventually be deregistered. We keep track of your filing dates and handle the submissions for you.
Yes. We help you register your company with CIPC, and set up the tax registrations you’ll need from the start, such as income tax and, where they apply, VAT and PAYE.
Yes. We process your payroll each month, issue payslips, calculate and submit PAYE and UIF, prepare your EMP201 returns and EMP501 reconciliations, and issue IRP5 certificates at year-end. You send us the month’s changes, and we take care of the rest.
We help you choose a system that suits the way your business works, set it up properly and connect your accounting and payroll, so figures don’t have to be captured twice. If you already use a system, we can review how it’s set up and fix what isn’t working.
Yes. Training is a core part of what we do. We train clients one-on-one, and through seminars and workshops covering accounting, software, tax and administration, so your team can handle more with confidence.
Outsourcing gives you a practice that handles accounting, tax and payroll every day, without the cost of employing an in-house finance team. Because we see your books, tax and payroll together, what we notice in one area can inform the others.
Call us on 014 717 2897, email info@wvra.co.za, or fill in the form on our Contact page. Let us know whether it’s a personal or business matter, and mention any SARS or CIPC deadline so we can prioritise it.
